These Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") are an agreement between UNDEFINED ENTERPRISES, LLC (“ONE WAY BOXING CLUB,” “we,” "us," "our," or the “Club”) and you (“you,” “member,” or “user”), a user of ONEWAYBOXINGCLUB.com, its apps, and services (the "website"). 

This Agreement governs your access to and use of:

• Our physical facilities

• Classes, training services, and programs

• Memberships and purchases

• Our website (ONEWAYBOXINGCLUB.com) and any related services

By accessing our facility, purchasing a membership, booking services, or using our website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Terms - THESE TERMS OF USE SET FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE. BY ACCESSING, DOWNLOADING, OR USING THE WEBSITE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE RIGHT, AUTHORITY, AND CAPACITY TO ENTER INTO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE OR ACCEPT THESE TERMS IF YOU ARE UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE WEBSITE. 

2. Modifications - We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our facility, services, or website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. User Responsibilities - You agree to:

• Use the facility safely and responsibly

• Follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety guidelines

• Respect staff, members, and equipment

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in reckless, unsafe, or disruptive behavior

• Harass, threaten, or endanger others

• Misuse equipment or facilities

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

4. Intellectual Property - All branding, logos, content, and materials associated with the Club are the property of ONE WAY BOXING CLUB / UNDEFINED ENTERPRISES, LLC. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the website without express written permission from us. 

5. Disclaimer of Warranties - The website and its content are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the website at your own risk. 

6. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, ONE WAY BOXING CLUB and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Club, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise. 

7. Termination - We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership access to services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Use.

8. PERSONAL PROPERTY - The Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Lockers are provided for convenience only.

9. Facility Access & Check-in - All members must check in at the Front Desk upon arrival, including outside of standard operating hours. Access to the facility is limited to active members in good standing.The Club reserves the right to deny access for failure to comply with policies.

10. Membership Cancellation Policy - You may cancel your membership without any fees up to 24 hours before the next billing cycle. Any cancellations made after the 24 hours without notice, and into the next month’s billing cycle, will not be refunded.

11. Class Cancellation Policy & Attendance Policy - Sessions may be canceled or rescheduled up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time without penalty. No-shows will incur a $20 fee, charged to the card on file. Failure to provide advance notice of tardiness will result in denial of entry to the Class and redirection to Open Gym. Notification of tardiness does not guarantee entry if it occurs within an unreasonable time frame.

12. Governing Law -These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which ONE WAY BOXING CLUB operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
